WHAT IS THE EL JAALA GROTTO?
Founded in 1948, El Jaala Grotto is a
group of over 200 Master
Masons from about 45 different Masonic Lodges that are dedicated to the noble cause of providing dental care
for children with special needs. Through
its Humanitarian Foundation and Enchanted Lantern programs, the Grottos of North America give
aid to thousands of children each year. The meaning of our Grotto's name, El Jaala, is
"the
goal, prize, or
award".
